As of 10th of November, Fläkt Woods agreed to sell Coiltech Söderköping (Sweden), specialist in Industrial and Ventilation Coils and leader in Nordic countries.
The buyer is ECO (Italy), the European leader for Coils and Coolers in the HVACR market.
For Fläkt Woods, the transaction was made with the view to focus on its two core businesses: Fans and Air Climate Products.
For ECO, Coiltech Söderköping is a perfect fit to strengthen its leading position also in Northern Europe and in Industrial Refrigeration.
