Our duct products are designed to meet your every need. You will get competitive prices for small and colossal jobs alike. You can get specialty fittings to meet your specific dimensions and/or engineering requirements. We can meet your requirements for multiple systems including supply, return, exhaust, underground PVC duct, light material handling, corrosive exhaust and specialty metal duct systems.

When working with us, you have the option of an assortment of joint connections and standard angle rings for both round and oval spiral duct. In addition, you can get a wide variety of ancillary HVAC products, including installed and/or loose access doors, rectangular taps, volume dampers, bellmouths, and much, much more.

Materials:
Aluminum: Aluminum duct and fittings will be fabricated using a 3003-H14 alloy. Consult our staff for availability of other alloys. Designations on aluminum product will always use decimal thickness designations. Occasionally, specifications may show gauge designations for aluminum that follow the Brown & Sharp (B & S) gauge numbering system.
Blak Iron: Black Iron is available as hot rolled steel only.
Galvanized Steel: Standard is hot-dipped galvanized steel with a coating weight in accordance with the latest edition of SMACNA HVAC Duct Construction Standards and a standard mill finish in accordance with ASTM A653 and ASTM A924 (which have superseded A525 and A527).
Hot-dipped galvanized steel with other coating weights can also be furnished for an additional charge.
Insulation (Dual Wall): Dual wall duct and fittings are available with 1", 2", 3" or 4" thick insulation. Standard insulation density is 1 lb. per cu. ft. with a "k" factor, or thermal conductivity of .26 BTU in./hr. Ft Deg. F. For an additional charge, we offer facing on both 1" and 2" insulation. When considering using heavier density insulation, remember that the "k" factor is a better indicator of the insulation's thermal performance than the density. The thermal performance does not increase with density.
Other Materials and Options are available: These include Liners (Dual Wall), stainless steel, paintable galvanized steel, PVC coated galvanized steel, and stainless steel.
Connections:
AccuFlange Joint Connections: We offer the AccuFlange duct joining system installed on round and oval duct. AccuFlanges are available for round duct with even sizes from 6" inside diameter to 102" outside diameter. Odd sizes are available from 11" inside diameter to 29" outside diameter. AccuFlanges are available for all flat oval sizes with 6" minor and above and up to a flat span of 108".
Ductmate Joint Connections: We offer Ductmate Industries, Inc. Spiralmate and Ovalmate duct joining systems either installed or loose for field installation. Spiralmate is available on round duct from 10" diameter through 72" diameter. Spiralmate may also be available up to 84" diameter for certain applications, but please consult us before quoting. Ovalmate is available for all flat oval duct sizes with 10" minor through 38" minor and with a minimum flat span of 10".
Standard Angle and Slip Joint Connections: Our duct products are manufactured with a male/female slip joint. In addition, standard angle rings can be added solid welded or vanstoned to the ductwork. Dual wall can have angle rings on the O.D. of the duct, with a slip connection on the I.D. Other options use an angle ring on the I.D. to seal off insulation.

This empowers contractors and engineers with the flexibility of customizing product to better fit their needs.

Wonderflange Joint Connections: We also offer the WonderFlange from Midwest Metal Products. WonderFlanges are available in carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and hot-dipped galvanized. WonderFlanges can be used on single wall, 1", 2", 3" and 4" double wall spiral pipe.
