Fläkt Woods Group is proud to support Breast Cancer Care as a ‘Gold Sponsor’ of the annual football match between teams from Bovis Lend Lease and FCS Ductwork. The match took place at Charlton Athletic’s home, The Valley, on the 27th May.
Neil Yule, Fläkt Woods UK Business Unit Director, said: "As we have excellent longstanding relationships with both companies, and fully support the work of Breast Cancer Care, we did not hesitate when offered the opportunity to contribute.
Whilst FCS repeated last year’s emphatic victory over Bovis Lend Lease, with an 8-0 win, the real aim for all concerned was to improve upon the £6,500 raised by the 2007 fixture. The projected total for this year’s contribution is thought to be an impressive £20,000, so a big thanks to all concerned."
