It might look like a new Fläkt Woods green initiative, but in fact this assorted crew are part of the Company’s fans sales team, who recently took part in a sponsored bike ride through Norfolk to raise money for their favoured charities.
Braving cooler weather, the cyclists went on a twisting route that took them on a gruelling 44 mile trek through Norfolk villages, including a loop through High Kelling, Holt, Letheringsett, Langham, Binham, Westgate, Warham, Wells and Holkham Estate, with a refreshment break at the Victoria Inn at Holkham.
UK Fans Segment Manager Robert Dann led the team which included; Faye Young, Jamie Slowgrove, Gale Light, James Fisher and Allan Rumble. The initiative had the backing of Fläkt Woods, and a total of over £5,000 was raised for the team’s nominated charities; Save The Children and St Helena’s Hospice (a Colchester based charity) with proceeds split 50/50.
