New sales and marketing director appointed and revised organisational sales structure announced.
Neil Yule has joined Flakt Woods as the Sales and Marketing Director, taking responsibility for all sales and marketing activity across the UK business, including both home and export markets.

Neil has immediately implemented the Company’s commercial vision for 2006, clarifying tactics and building on existing customer relationships. He is also leading the sales teams across the various market segments, to ensure a co-ordinated and consistent message to their customers.
With a background in the construction and HVAC industries, Neil has extensive experience in senior roles. Most recently he was the Managing Director of Porcelanosa UK, a leading supplier to the UK building industry. He was also Managing Director of Waterloo Air Management, a manufacturer of ventilating and heating products.
Neil’s first priority was to refine the Company’s business model for air climate activities, and as a result a revised sales organisation structure has been announced.
Robert Dann is appointed Segment Manager, Fan Sales UK, continuing to have responsibility for the UK Distribution network, and also incorporating the industrial sector.
Linden Shuttleworth is appointed Segment Manager, System Products (including AHU, DCC, Chillers), with responsibility for all of the UK market, developing relationships with consultants, specifiers and contractors for major projects.
Linden will be supported in this role by Craig MacFadyen, who is appointed Sales Manager – System Products, in which capacity he will lead the UK South sales team for System Products. Craig will also be the Product Manager for Chilled Beams, and has responsibility for the development of the UK Chilled Beams sector for Fläkt Woods and for product management generally for the system products range in the UK,
Keith Jolley is appointed Segment Manager, Car Parks, and will lead the UK Car Park activities.
Andrew Knight is appointed Segment Manager, Service, to lead the UK Service team.
Paul Mason is appointed Product Manager, Fans, in which capacity he will provide product management support across the range of axial fan products, both within the UK and export markets.
Focus on Supply for New Appointment
Mark Edwards has been appointed to Fläkt Woods’ UK Management Team in the position of Supply Chain Director.

Mark will take on the responsibilities for master scheduling and planning, customer service, sourcing and information management. Previously, working for QAD, he has provided business solutions, advice and implementation consultancy to companies in a wide variety of sectors and applications.
In this capacity he has been working for Fläkt Woods during the last year, initially on evaluation of the MRP requirements, and upgrading the system, supporting and facilitating process improvements.
Mark has a BSc (Hons) in Engineering from the University of Durham, and a Diploma in Manufacturing, Management and Technology from the Open University.
He is 38, married with two young children, and lives in Staffordshire.
