Ventilation experts at Flakt Woods have launched a new professional learning centre for architects and specifiers.
The Ventilation College is designed to introduce professional ventilation advice as part of any on-going Continuing Professional Development programmes.
Offering a library of CPD papers, on topics ranging from efficient intelligent ventilating, car park venting, and high temperature venting, to explaining the relevance of Part L2 regulation on building ventilation, through to on-site presentations and a bespoke seminar programme, the new College can be tailored to any size practices.
Designed to help maintain professionalism and competence the College offers information that is downloadable from the Flakt Woods web site once registered, as well as customised courses. These will help enhance current and future development (professional, personal and business-wide).
At an easy to absorb level, the new College offers advice for consumer protection. It is also a way of ensuring that building designers and specifiers keep up-to-date with a rapidly changing profession.
