Fläkt Woods was formed in 2002 with the merger of two great World Leaders in their respective specialist fields: Woods Air Movement, specialists in Axial Fan technology and Fläkt; specialists in air handling, fans and climate. This brought together a combined knowledge of air movement unrivalled in the world today.
Only high quality manufacturing processes are used. The purpose built, newly opened in 2006 manufacturing facility, allows consistent high quality product manufacture. Each impeller is individually X-rayed, ensuring all blades and hubs meet Fläkt Woods’ stringently high quality requirements. Only high quality marine grade aluminium and high grade HR14 steel is used, together with highly durable finish to ensure product reliability and longevity in service
