Fläkt Woods offers a wide variety of specially designed products for use within the chemical industry. Axial and centrifugal fans conform to the ATEX directive, and are available in stainless steel for increased corrosion protection. Fans tend to be used for fume extraction and for the transportation of chemical mixtures. JM Bifurcated fans are designed for the movement of hot gasses, allowing continuous operation at 200°C, and also emergency ventilation for 600°C / 2 hours..
