He has in his current role established a global IM organisation that supports the business through project activities and through an efficient IM environment. To the responsibilities of Lars belongs the global infrastructure of Fläkt Woods with a network spanning 26 countries. He is also responsible for a number of global IM projects. Prior to joining Fläkt Woods, Lars was the Global Infrastructure Manager of the Swiss-Swedish ABB Group reporting to CIO. In this role he was responsible for a large number of global IT projects with a volume of 80+ MUSD targeted at improving the IT infrastructure at ABB. In addition Lars was responsible for all sourcing of infrastructure services, hardware and software agreements amounting to a total volume of 200+ MUSD. During his time at ABB, Lars was a member of the Board of the International Security Forum, EVUA and other organizations. Before joining ABB, Lars held sales positions at Network Systems (Switzerland) AG, Safeware AG, Nokia Data and Dava. Lars is married and has three girls. He lives in Switzerland.
