Stephen Burton Senior Vice President, Human Resources Member of the FWG Executive Team since October 2007 BA (Hons) in Sociology from the University of Leeds Biography  Stephen joined the Fläkt Woods Group in July 2004 as Human Resources Director for the UK business, and during this period had extensive involvement in organisational change, cost reduction and the move to our new facility in Colchester. Prior to joining Fläkt Woods, Stephen was the Global HR Leader for an Oil & Gas industry service business within GE Energy. Stephen has extensive previous Human Resources experience in manufacturing and industrial environments. He spent 16 years with British Steel/Corus in progressively more senior Industrial Relations, Employee Development and HR leadership roles, at operating business and head office level, with UK and international responsibilities. Stephen has an honours degree in Sociology from the University of Leeds, and has also studied at Warwick Business School. He is 43 and married with two children.   » Management team page
