Fläkt Woods has decided to restructure its activities in Denmark in order to strengthen the market presence and increase the focus on high-performing systems and solutions. As a result, Fläkt Woods has decided to extend the relationship with its partner ClimateConsult.
ClimateConsult is Fläkt Woods’ existing partner in the Danish market for chilled beams. The company has been very successful in that regard and has a strong market presence. Fläkt Woods has entered into an agreement with ClimateConsult effective from 1st March 2009 concerning project sales and system solutions within Denmark. Consequently, Fläkt Woods has taken the decision to close its office in Denmark with effect from the end of February 2009.
A number of employees from Fläkt Woods in Denmark will transfer their employments to ClimateConsult, who have established a Copenhagen office for that purpose.
