The Fläkt Woods Hygiene Applications team took part to a specific exhibition in Paris / France : CONTAMINEXPO 2007.

This event was organized by the french ASPEC (association for the protection and the contamination study) and in parallel combined with different conferences and lectures regarding air treatment, GMP-standards, equipment operation and maintenance, etc.

5000 visitors were expected from dedicated segments :

• Pharmaceutical industry
• Food industry
• Hospital and health care application

Fläkt Woods was present with an adressing fair booth covering two main topics:

• Contamination control with centralized HEPA-filtration sections for the EU-range
• High efficient energy recovery System ECONET along with the e3 - initiative

A fantastic response and high level of attendance proved the choice for the market approach. The Fläkt Woods way of handling energy and hygiene issues overlapped or exceeded the expectations of the specialized visitors and it was easy to set up a number of new and promissing contacts into the health care and pharma segments.

This 3-day event appeared to be well accepted by the french hygiene segment players and hence the most important customers and consultants have been visiting the Fläkt Woods exposition booth.
