On the 1st of May, Fläkt Woods acquires its long standing Northern Ireland agent, EAC.
Its principal Mr Leslie King had been a Fläkt Woods agent for over 24 years and is a very well known personality within the group.
EAC Northern Ireland will become part of the Fläkt Woods Ireland organisation, under the responsibility of Mark Grimes, BU manager Ireland.
This acquisition will enable Fläkt Woods to strengthen the company's presence in the Northern Irish market and facilitate greater cross-border synergy for our customers.
