Freezing technology is a sophisticated process used in cold storage, process cooling, water chilling and individual quick freezing. Other applications are for the preparation of food such as ready-to-eat meals, shelf stable sterilized packaged foods, meat, seafood and poultry products, juice and dairy products, fruit and vegetables and other food products. The fan is used to force air through a cooler and the cooled air is then used to freeze the products.
