All Flaktwoods aluminum cast components are fully x-rayed to ensure integrity. The use of advanced CNC manufacturing methods insures that our fans are identical to specification. We use three advanced coating technologies to deliver the best combination of corrosion and chemical resistance, thermal protection, weathering performance and mechanicial film resilience.

JM AerofoilJM aerofoil® impellers are high-pressure die cast of aluminum and consist of blades, hub and clamp plate. The JM impeller is manually adjustable through the full range of pitch angles. All impeller components are X-rayed using real time radiography, and examined to ASTM E-155, prior to machining to assure casting integrity and quality. Impellers are precision balanced as a fan assembly to minimize vibration levels and assure smooth operation.
